What happens in a free consultation?

We hop on a call or meet at a cafe — 15 minutes, no sales pitch. I want to know what you're after, what's got in the way before, and whether we'd actually be a good fit. If we're not, I'll tell you.

I've never worked with a PT before. Is that okay?

Accepted Answer

Good. You don't have bad habits to unlearn. Half my clients had never touched a barbell before we met. I'll teach you everything from scratch and we'll build at whatever pace makes sense for your body.

Question 3

What's the difference between online and hybrid?

Accepted Answer

Online means I write your program, you train on your own, and we check in weekly with photos and messaging. Hybrid adds face-to-face sessions so I can coach your form, push you harder, and adjust things in real time. Most people start online and add sessions later.

Question 4

Where do in-person sessions happen?

Wherever works for you. I train people at Bondi, Hyde Park, Barangaroo, Sydney Park — basically anywhere between the Eastern Suburbs and the Inner West. Got a park near your office? That works too.

Question 5

Can I cancel or change my plan?

Accepted Answer

Cancel anytime. Session packs never expire. I don't do lock-in contracts. If the training's working, you'll want to stay. If it's not, I'd rather fix the problem than hold you hostage.

How quickly will I see results?

Accepted Answer

You'll feel different in two weeks — better sleep, more energy, less stiffness. Visible changes usually show around week six. But the honest answer is: it depends on how consistent you are, and that's what I'm here to help with.
